How we deliver — always the same

Whether it's a campaign, an app, or a whole system, the unit of work is always the same: the fixed-scope sprint. We define together what goes in, lock the price before the first line of code, and the sprint ends with something live — not a report, not a slide deck. A service is usually one sprint; a product is a few, stacked. You pay for working delivery, not open hours; the code is yours from the first commit, in a standard stack (Rails, Postgres); and you can pause whenever you want without being held hostage. The service name changes — the way we deliver doesn't.

What we DON'T do
